So far, so bad
First impressions are everything. I am caring for a 46 year old man that suffered a severe stroke, and has lost his right side completely. Our insurance said that Human Touch Home Health Care would contact us and send over physical and occupational therapists. This never happened. I've called the office, but the receptionist will not let me speak to any of the nurses there, and hangs up. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN!!!
