I visited this facility

Everyone there was friendly. The employees were polite, the residents well-cared for. They were heavily-scheduled, several times I saw volunteers reading to the residents. There were games and TV time. The food was suited to each particular resident, whether it had to be pureed, blended, etc.At times they seemed a little lax in tracking the medication dispersal, but for the most part everything appeared on the up and up. The head of the facility was rarely to be seen and didn't seem extremely interested when he DID make his presence known. Thank goodness the other employees are so dedicated to the residents because he certainly wasn't.
