Poor communications
I hired this agency to provide an assistant to come into my home to help my mother for 3 hours 3 days a week. The first girl they sent came late on the first day, and was not apologetic for being late. I am not sure why my mother did not inform me, but I later discovered the girl was late everyday, by about 20 minutes. The agency made schedule changes with out ever contacting me, they made changes after speaking with my mother. The second girl they sent was afraid of dogs, and we have an old (13yrs)black lab, but we do have a dog. They knew we had a dog. The girl could not make a bed, she did not know how to put sheets on a twin bed. They charged $22.38 per hour, and the only positive encounter I had with the agency was the intake interview.
