I am a past client of this provider
After having an auto accident and being hospitalized for more than 2 weeks, I was required to be under the care of Gentiva Health Services at my home. I saw a nurse everyday and a physical therapist 3 times per week. Gentiva's staff was very caring and gentle. They helped me get back to health. I recomend them to all my friends
