WE have been transferred to this agency on October 2011 this is the worst most unprofessional agency there is. I have in two months gotten rid of 6 aides that were not only unprofessional eating our food, to incompetent could't/ wouldn't attempt to bring my grandmother to the bathroom via wheelchair and neglectful would ignore her at nighttime. I've spoken to coordinators( some of which called me love, and hun), supervisors then I finally said I'm taking this to medicaid for a fair hearing I received to good aides ; however they do not speech the same language as my grandmother as they have no Russian aides available.

Within the first week I had kicked out a home attendant who closed the door on my grandmother when sleeping and left the room and I via baby monitor heard her screaming for her mama. When calling the agency the coordinator on call (this was during the weekend) said let me speak to her. I said you don't understand I want this woman out of my home! She replies since it is the weekend understand you might not get attendant for the next couple days and had the nerve to say do you take responsibility? I didn't for get anyone for two days and 4 hours. (which is illegal) Then Monday came the attendant that was supposed to show up at 8am never came. That was just the first week with HCS!
