Elan is a CHAP accredited and Medicare certified home health agency. We are committed to helping our clients to meet the challenges of advancing age while maintaining good quality of life in the dignity of their home.
When you or your loved one’s clinical status can be managed at home, we'll work with you, your loved one, and/or medical professionals to provide a comprehensive home care solution. This allows you to continue to enjoy the familiar and comfortable surroundings of home and family; while assuring that your medical and home care needs are met.
Our Services Include both Skilled and Non-Skilled Services:
Skilled services are performed by a Registered Nurse or a Therapist Non-Skilled Services are performed by personnel licensed in their respective field as required by State Law.
