PROS: ... provides in-home medical care to persons facing a health decline ... has excellent, skilled, licensed professionals & trained aides ... staff seems caring & friendly, with good connection with patients &

motivating them to work hard to improve & recover

... staff appears excellent at keeping focus on patient's regaining health

& becoming better in on-going management of health & remaining
in their home

CONS: ... during peak times, limited staff has been available for visits, needs

to ensure full staff available at all times
