Sev Home Care Inc

I am a professional in the region and have referred clients to Sev Home Care, which is an agency that provides home health services to people living in the area.

This agency provides a full array of in-home medical services, via nurses, social workers, therapists, aides & others as needed.

The feedback I have received from some of my clients is mixed. One client (a patient) told me: "This staff is great, they really care, they take good care of me." The daughter of another client told me: "The staff is good & they know what they are doing, my mother is getting better every day."

However, other clients have indicated problems. One daughter said: "They (staff) call alot to reschedule or don't show up till late in the day, when Mom is tired". Another comment, from a wife of a patient, said "They were suppose to admit my husband on Friday, but instead called & said they couldn't make it till Monday. My husband got worse & I had to take him back in (to the hospital) over the week-end.. His doctor was not happy, & neither am I."

As I receive more feedback, I am hearing mostly positive comments, that the care is good & scheduled visits are being made & on time, From time to time, though, I am still hearing, from a few clients or family member, that they had a problem being admitted on the scheduled day.
