Avesena Home Health Care

Avesena home health care in Addison, Illinois is an in home nursing agency. I was very impressed with their staff and services. I was able to meet one of the nurses from this agency when I went to visit a friend of mine. The nurse was kind and compassionate toward my friend. He reported he was getting great assistance and was happy with their services. Overall, I would recommend this agency.

I don't like them one bit. Office staff was very rude. The young lady that answered the phone demanded my mother be seen even when she did not want them to come in. They were very rude. I am switching agencies for my mother. I also recommend not choosing them because they will admit the patients but they don't really care about them, my mother is still in the same condition she was when they admitted her. It's as if my mother would have been fine even if they didn't come in but we listened to our doctor and went with them which I regret doing. The nurses are decent but I had the most trouble when they billed my grandmother the bill when they clearly did not call for authorization from her insurance.
