ElderCare Solutions of Michigan is a division of Jewish Family Service of Metropolitan Detroit that is dedicated to provided Geriatric Care Management to the Jewish and non-Jewish community alike. Care Managers act as Life Managers partnering with Seniors and their families to help the Seniors plan well, age well and most importantly, live well. The Care Managers are available 24/7 for crisis intervention as well.
