Encompass Senior Solutions is an innovative assessment system that gives seniors independence and their families piece of mind. Our comprehensive professional assessment can determine if an individual or couple are safe in their home and/or what level of care is needed to achieve in-home safety. Encompass Senior Solutions is a fee based assessment - we work for you. "Free" assessments are often completed by marketing or sales people from a company that want to sell you something.

Encompass Senior Solutions is different - we work for you. We aren't "selling" anything. You pay for our decades of experience in the field and for our recommendations. We design the game plan and can either hand it over to you or put it into play immediately. 90% of the families we assess can remain at their current living level/home. The assessment staff look at the entire picture when making recommendations. There is a comprehensive assessment process and the family is in charge of what parts of the recommendations are put into place. Our assessments can include home safety assessments, long term care policy disputes, individual care planning, money management, Medicaid applications, benefits and entitlements counseling, and other community resources. Founder Suzanne Myers, LCSW is licensed in Iowa and Nebraska as a Masters Level Social Worker. She has worked in the medical field for almost 25 years and has been providing home safety assessments for 12 years. Suzanne has an extensive background in community resources and strong working relationships with area agencies and organizations, independent and assisted living facilities, skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, home modification contractors, and attorneys.
