She's open and caring and just seems to know immediately what situation will work for your senior. I cannot believe the peace of mind I have now and how happy my mom is every time I see her.

Firstly, she achieved the impossible by placing my dad in preferred Assisted Living level instead of Nursing, making it possible for dad to receive his tube-feeding-only by having nurses come from Nursing to dad in Assisted Living. Then, later, easy transition to Nursing in same facility. Secondly, placing another family member in Assisted Living - she embodies sage-like wisdom, intelligence, heart and soul, instilling confidence in all involvedat such a vulnerable, emotional and tender passage.
