Teresa Jackson is an excellent Care Manager for my mother. Teresa offers solutions for the patient, family members and the facility. As my mother progresses in her Alzheimer's, Teresa explains each and every step in a loving and compassionate manner. Honestly, I would be lost if we did not have Teresa by our side.
