Creative Care Consultants cared for my mother for over 3 years. The nurses and social workers were professional and timely in all of their interventions and in development of their care plans. They helped me and my siblings communicate with my mom who had Alzheimer's disease and with each other. They provided support and medical coordination for everything from hearing problems to death and dying. They always seemed to know the right answers and if they didn't, they searched it out.
