Alexian Brothers in Elk Grove, Illinois offers several services for seniors including geriatric care managers. My grandparents were in need of assistance to sort thought their medical bills and medical insurance options. During my grandmother’s stay at Alexian Brothers hospital during an illness, they offered her the resource of their care managers. The care manager came at no cost to my grandmother and was wonderful to her. They were able to help link her to resources, explain her insurance options and assist her in sorting and managing her medical bills. I highly recommend Alexian Brothers in Elk Grove for their geriatric care manager team.
