Sterling Geriatric Care Management

I serve as an advocate for older adults, as well as an educator in the aging field. I strive to maximize the independence and quality of life of older adults and individuals with dementia and to provide solutions to their loved ones as a consultant, resource, and care provider. I specialize in both short and long term care for older adults. In addition, I provide crisis intervention, guidance, counseling, and emotional support to older adults, families, and caregivers.
