During my Grandfather's Stay we had both great experiances and horrible experiances. My Grandfather was not mobile due to his surgery and many of the nurses took an extended amount of time to assist him when he rang his call bell (over 15 Min). Overall the staff was helpful though and most of the nurses seemed to provide exceptional care and compassion for him. When his pain level increased they made sure he had his medication right away so he would not suffer. In addtion the physical Theropist was also exceptional. A hip replacement recovery is painful and hard for someone over 65 and she made sure he took her time to make sure that he recovered at his own pace, and did not push him to hard. I do have to note that the overnight staff seemed to be more focused on updating their facebook, and personal phone calls rather than the patients. Several times I visited during the overnight hours and witnessed these nurses showing a lack of concern for their duties during their shifts. Overall the facility is good and should be considered for rehabing the elderly after surgery
