I would never use this company! They were sub-contracted for the Cremation of my Mother. After several calls to arrange to pick up her ashes and the death certificate, I finally talk to Darnell M. He arranges a time to meet, then calls to say he got held up and will have to reschedule. We planned another time, he called 2 hours late and said he was held up. A third time, same thing happened. I offered to go to the location (they say it's a funeral home) which is well over an hour from my house, to pick up the remains, he says he won't be there. He offers to send the remains via UPS, and I would have to pay for it. I agree because I needed the Death Certificate. I finally get the remains and Death Certificate and the information on the Death Certificate is wrong. I call him and he wants me to pay to have it changed. Stay away from this place!

They handled my friends service. I found them to be reverent and professional. The family was VERY pleased with all their services.All of their needs were addressed and met or exceeded!! I thank them....

I am very distraught with this funeral home as they write up the paper work stating the date an time a funeral service will be held i just want to give a BIG thank u for misprinting my little brothers funeral date an time i very much appriciated not being able to say my final goodbyes to my baby brother

I was not satisfied at all with the way this funeral home handled my grandmother...they are total crooks..they kept her newly purchased eyeglasses and they showed us a pricelist of the expenses but no numbers or prices. Once they knew the total of her policy, they told us that the expenses came to that number but they charged us 1,450 dollars out of our pockets for the burial plot and that including the tombstone should have been included in her policy...we even had to pay for her hair to get done which was no problem and when we went to see her it looked very nice but the next day, her hair did not look the same...her eyes were not fully seled closed and after she was buried, we went out to the gravesite and could not even find her grave because they didnt even put a marker on her plot!!!! we had to contact the person in charge of the cemetary to show us where her plot was...i am very upset and very dissatisfied with the way they handled things...she was a close friend of the Young fsmily so she should have been treated better than she was..,.
