This is a wonderful, innovative community that really takes care of and cares for its seniors. It is a not for profit organization which may make it more affordable than other similiar programs. It is located on the northwest side of the city on a beautifully landscaped and ammenities rich campus. Caring and competent staff work to help seniors stay engaged and function at their highest level of independence. Really exemplifies the person centered model of care. Has a "Try it Free" program which allows a 1-3 day stay free of charge to see if Assisted Living is the right answer for you. I like this place. Be prepared for a wait list.

Staff are not very skilled in dealing with dementia. I am worried my mother is over medicated to make her more manageable.

Facility needs a way to deliver music to residents without resident needing to operate a device.
