Rose Villa

Rose Villa has always been a wonderful community to visit - it's an independent/assisted living community and offers the residents so much in the way of living and care options. The staff really want the residents to feel and be as in control of their lives as possible so they offer them all the tools needed in order for them to do so. Life at Rose Villa is really focused on convenience and the residents have pretty much everything they could want or need on-campus. There are so many amenities and services to offer the residents care-free lifestyles and the staff take care of all of the care and domestic needs, so all that's left for the residents to do is enjoy their lives in the fullest way possible, spend times with friends and families, be involved in the community's activities and events, explore new programs and opportunities, learn and experience new things, just focus on themselves and live the lifestyles they have always wanted to live but couldn't because of work, children, and life's responsibilities. The staff at Rose Villa shows the residents that this is their chance to do the things they have always wanted to do, and the staff will also go further by doing all they can to make certain experiences and opportunities possible for the residents.

The community is beautiful. There is a very cozy and warm feeling about the place, there is a calm, relaxing feel to the community but this cheerful energy about it as well. Whenever I am there, I am always impressed to see new opportunities, programs, activities, social events, etc. that are new and creative. They never do the same boring activity schedule week in and week out around this community, no - here they really go out of their way to implement new and exciting activities and events all of the time. They are very creative in all of the activities they offer the residents because they want the residents to be excited about keeping active and they know the residents wont be if they keep doing the same activties over and over again. When it comes to the activity and event schedule around this community there really is the element of surprise and the residents love it and I really admire the uniqueness and creativity. There are also many things to do around the community outside of scheduled events, there are many common areas which the residents are able to use as they wish. Outdoors there are walking paths and sitting areas and so much to see and explore and for the garden lovers they have a huge garden - over 2 or 3 acres - that many of the residents enjoy tending to and they have there are roses everywhere, gorgeous roses in all different shade and colors, the residents love walking among them and admiring them and the green thumbs love taking care of the roses as well. They have a Farmer's Market during a certain time each year, last year I visited the facility in early June and everything looked amazing. A lot of the residents were there purchasing different fruits and veggies.

The apartments are designed perfectly and are equipped with everything that the residents need to live happily and comfortably so many different sizes/floor plans to choose from. The residents really have a lot of living options to choose from that really help them feel even more comfortable in the community and they are able to design/decorate the apartments as they desire so they are able to have a sense of ownership and pride in their home. What's really nice is that they offer anything from a studio up to 3 bedroom apartments which is a really wide range for a senior living community and ALL of the apartments are single-level ground floor apartments which means no one's above you making a ton of noise and no one's below you making you worry that you're making too much noise and the residents do not have to struggle with stairs or elevators and it is so much easier upon moving in to the community. Some of the apartments even have 2 bathrooms, which is VERY rare and I think amazing, especially for when the grandkids stay over!

Rose Villa is an ideal community to call home and offers each and every resident a worry-free, stress-free lifestyle with pretty much every amenity and service and opportunity they could ever want. I have heard so many amazing compliments over the years from residents and their families. The quality of care is exceptional and I love that pets are allowed to move in with the residents. Also - here is something very unique about this community - there is a licensed massage therapist and studio on-campus, I have been told that several residents have weekly massages, what a great way to release any built up tension left over from the week, right?
