I visited this facility
Otterbein Portage Valley was in an area where a lot of our relatives lived. Everything was good from the staff to the food. The only downside was that they charged extra for other services like the meals, cleaning the room, the laundry and so on. It would end up that my mom would pay more than what was the published rate.
