I visited this facility

I knew of Fritz Reuter in Union City, NJ through advertisements in radio stations. It's a full service facility, just when you walk through the door you have to give them $200,000. They don't accept any medical or anything like that. They have a hospital and a doctor right on the premises. The place seemed nice but I didn't really like it. It's a big, big facility; there are a lot of people in there. And actually the people there looked a little young to be there and didn't really need care, whereas in other facilities they needed care. Maybe it's the thing they could afford; it's almost like a retirement village. It's more like a retirement community than an assisted living.
