I am a friend or relative of a resident

Facilities are designed to mimic apartment life living. This would be decent for people who did not require care but our family member suffered from dementia and needed continuous care. Nurses and helpers stop by residents each day for a few moments to see if everything is all right but did not give enough time or attention to each resident. We ended up having family members help her each day which defeated the purpose of paying for their assistance.
