Friend or relative of resident

When I first arrived at the facility to see my uncle, I was happy to see the overall cleanliness of the establishment. I did not have the time to meet many of the staff members first hand, but the nurse who directed us to his room was kind and cordial. My uncle had mentioned that the staff was somewhat negligent, he claimed his medicine was often delivered late. Given what I had seen of the establishment, this was not a case of neglect so much as a large resident population. I feel safe and secure knowing my uncle is in good hands, and that Gaston Memorial is very near by in case of emergencies.
