Spring Village at Floral Ville
Yardley, PA 19067
From the Provider
Our supreme location combines the best of small town living with the convenience of modern suburban life, with access via road and rail to Philadelphia, Princeton and New York. Sunrise at Floral Vale is situated on acreage teeming with rich architectural and local history. From the original white stucco over rubble stone house built by Gabriel Vandant in the late 1700s and the dressed stone facade added by John Stockton, nephew of Richard Stockton (a signer of the Declaration of Independence) in the early 19th century to becoming part of the locally renowned Flowers family estate in the late 1800s, Sunrise at Floral Vale joins the ranks of admirable and well respected Philadelphia natives.
We pride ourselves in our dedication to providing premier surroundings and service to residents who suffer from cognitive impairment such as Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. We provide an environment that is both safe and nurturing. Our approach to care begins with a focus on understanding the details of a resident's life and then creating "pleasant days" by finding activities they can enjoy and be successful at. We also maintain a strong commitment to providing support systems and resources for our residents' family members.
Step into a Sunrise Assisted Living community and you can?t help but feel at home. We stop at nothing to make your experience warm and inviting, from our homelike exterior architecture, to our comfortable community areas and choice of suites to our exceptional outdoor gardens and landscaping. Look around and you?ll notice fresh flowers throughout the residence, and you may even spot our dog or our cat. And of course, there are always the friendly smiling faces of our staff to ensure that each day spent here is a welcome one.

My dad is currently at Spring Valley. It's a beautiful facility. They have a lot of activities which my dad didn't have before. They dress him and take him on bus rides. The meals are taken care of. There's a lot of attention given to the patients. It's excellent.

My experience at visiting Loral Vale has been great. My grandmother is taken care of very well. She is very happy here. The staff is very helpful and they always make sure that she is neat and clean. That she is feed well and her health is always top priority to them. The rooms are very nice as well as all the visiting areas. I feel that the staff treat all the residents like they are their own family members. We couldn't have found a better place for her to spend the rest of her days. My grandmother has been in 3 other facilities and was not taken care of very well. This is a top notch place. The staff has become like family to all of us. My grandmother's clothes are always clean and neat. Her room is always clean and smells well which I know is not always an easy task since she has frequent accidents. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area.
