Windsor Place of Wilmington is the Boston area and North Shore's newest Assisted Living community offering studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom rental suites. On the campus of Woodbriar of Wilmington, the area's premier nursing center, Windsor Place offers elegant and comfortable surroundings and the confidence of knowing that everything you need is close at hand.
Windsor Place Assisted Living Residence have three outdoor courtyards, fireplace living rooms, private dining room, pub, country kitchen and store, game and exercise room, large all purpose room for lectures, exercise and large events.
Suites include a kitchenette equipped with electric stove top, full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, walk in closet, shower stall with comfortable seat and adjustable shower head. High ceilings and large windows offer plenty of natural light and a spacious feel. Whirlpool jetted spas and washer and dryers on each level.
We offered an Independent, Assisted and Enhanced Care level as well as our Carlysle Suites for seniors with Alzheimer's and memory impairments. We also offer Respite Stays at Windsor Place.
Services Included: Activities, three meals a day, housekeeping, linens laundered, personal transportation, residence security.
Services Available: Personal laundry, personal care services, SAMM and LMA .

I visited this facility
I researched the property myself. Upon my findings I found that the facility was very clean, the staff was very helpful and cheery. The marketing director very nice and made me feel right at home, she brought me a glass of wine. I could not believe the dining room was beautiful. I only had one concern was I have family that visits me with their kids. I did not see a place where we could visit together.
