This is a Home Plus in the quiet northeast side of the city. The home is in a lovely residential area, close to shopping, entertainment and medical buildings. It is nicely landscaped and safety featured. Recent survey scored a zero defficiency by the state. This is a great option for care for those that truly need a nursing home level of care but want the comfort of home care. Safety, around the clock staff and family friendly make it a wonderful option for those with mild to mid dementia. I always recommend frequent stop ins for those responsible for vulnerable adults. Pay particular attention to how the evenings and nights go. Staff should be doing frequent checks!
