Astrup's Adult Foster Care Services offer 24 hr. care in a rural setting for senior women over the age of 55. Our one level family sized home has a 3 person capacity.
Besides a bedroom (furnished or unfurnished), meals and snacks, we will supervise and help with personal care. Tasks such as dressing, bathing, medications, budgeting, laundry, appts. and other activities are provided. We encourage self reliance, yet help with tasks that are too difficult.
We offer long or short term programs based on individual need. Supervision, emotional support, protection and guidance in a family environment that allows sharing of activities and responsibilities is what we are all about.
