I really liked this facility. Its staff was caring and nice they took really good care of my family member. There were a lot of people around always someone to help when help was needed. It was clean and organized and just a nice living area. Everyone that you saw seemed to be in a good mood. No one ever was rude or anything. It was just a great place to be. That is why I chose it for my grandmothers assistant living. It was the best choice to make no questions about that one. I would and do recommend people that i know to this facility because i know how picky i am with my family wanting only the best care for them and of course others want that to. What more could you ask for then a place such as Cypress. It was well worth it. Everyone makes such a good impression on you. If anyone was having a bad day they never showed it. There was no hostility at all.
