I visited this facility
My father was here and he recieved excellent care. Staff are medication trained by RN's. The LPN's are wonderful. Highly recommend you visit than just read. My father passed here and I would trust the 2 RN's with any family member. Loving, caring and respected by our medical providers.

Under Staffed, No Meal Plans to Diet, Lack of Care, Poor Building Design
Under Staffed, there is very little 1 on 1 with the clients of the home due to duties required by the home & lack of staff during day hours. Social activities is very limited. No med training is provided. No Meal Plans to Diet, With any care facility there are people with special dietary needs due to illness or disease. Lunch usually consists of a box lunch or easy fix which consists of high level salt, high level saturated fat, high levels of carbohydrates. The quality of food is very poor. A diabetics nightmare. Or a renal nightmare. Lack of Care, lack of supervision with 1 attendant being on giving showers or toileting or changing of residents. Poor Building Design, Winter months the building is cold. There is frost on the north wall that forms. Black mold was found in the last room to the left of the kitchen. The windows are drafty. This place wasn't professionally designed.
