The lady who showed us around Sullivan Park Assisted Living Community was very well-versed. She was very informative and gave us some very, very helpful pointers as to what to look for in any home. She was just sharp. When she showed us through, she gave us some good ideas about what needed to be done and gave us a good time reference on how far ahead you need to plan your move. She was very, very good. The facility itself was very clean, friendly, and open. It seems to have the activities we requested, the transportation, and everything. They had a beauty salon and a beautiful back lawn with paving.

Sullivan Park Assisted Living Community was great, the place was beautiful. The staff who gave the tour was very helpful, we appreciate her. She was very upfront with what needed to be done. I thought it was very clean and had a very nice atmosphere. It's located within five miles of everything.

What my friend liked about Sullivan Park Assisted Living Community was that they have the little cottages so she can be by herself, but she still has access to everything else. That's the one she's going to. It's a 5 all the way. The people that we talked to were very nice. We didn't look at rooms because she wanted cottages. The little cottage that we looked at for her is very nice. It has everything that you could want in it. They have all kinds of activities. They have everything that was on her list. She pretty much doesn't have to go anywhere. She needs to have a knee replaced and they have a rehab center right next door. When she gets to that point, she doesn't have to go and stay someplace else, she can go in there for however long she needs to. That was a good point, too. She loves it, so she's moving in sometime probably at the end of this month. They have a library, they have games, and they have a beauty shop. It looked great.

I would recommend Sullivan Park Cottages. It was nice, but out of my father-in-law's price range. It had independent cottages and because everyone gets their own little home, they're more expensive. They were new and beautiful, and had granite countertops and dishwashers. You can move into assisted living and there's a nursing home there. It's a place that has progression of care on the same campus.

This facility is lovely. Everything is down to earth and homey. The residents are adorable and the staff are wonderful. They take good care of her, and she doesn't have any complaints. If mom is happy, we are happy!

My mother is in Sullivan Park, and she likes it. It's really nice. She has a beautiful 1-bedroom apartment, and it has an outside door, lots of sunshine that comes in, and beautiful grounds that you can look out the window and see. She has 3 meals a day, and the menu is quite varied, with a selection of 2 or 3 entrees. They have an activities room right by the dining hall. They have a full time nurse who dispenses their medications and is there for when they need help. They're very attentive to my mother. She's in partially assisted living, but they do come and watch her shower 3 days a week, make her bed, and tidy up, but they don't charge extra because she's paying for it as it is. They're very nice people, and we like it a lot.

I ended up putting my mother in Sullivan Park. They’re way, way understaffed and unable to meet their contract or service requirements. They’re really struggling to do it. The place is not very clean. A year and a half ago, it was clean, but it's been two years since they remodeled, and they have not been maintaining it.

Mom was in the rehabilitation wing of Sullivan Park Assisted Living. The facility is in the process of putting in new furnishings, and fixtures. We are very happy with the food. The staff is very good especially the supervisors, and nurses. They seem to be very proficient. Mom needs more one-on-one caring, and that’s one thing I would suggest. They have bingo, and occasional entertainments. They have a hairdresser on staff. More activities would be good too especialy for the rehabilitation, and long-term care wing.

My mother has lived at Sullivan Park Assisted Living for 10 years and is delighted with the care and provision she has received. Good food, great activities, and friendly, caring staff. If she is not feeling well they bring her meals to her room, but best to enjoy the social time in the dining area. The facility is decorated very well for the seasons or special activities and holidays, which makes it a joy when just visiting. Special events are a joy to attend and the staff certainly puts in the extra effort at these events to make you feel welcome. The peace of mind, knowing the great care proven over the years, helps me as a son relax with her special life there. I especially appreciate the church service provided on Sundays and those who serve in that area.

We went to Sullivan Park for my mother. If there was any medical reason for moving her anywhere, I would have preferred this place because they have one-storey duplexes that are really nice with granite countertops, fireplaces, one-car garage, and a garden area. Then they have assisted living and skilled nursing onsite. However, if you're kind of a loner, and you like your own space, the independent living would be great, but for socializing, it is not a social place.

I went to Sullivan Park. Their staff was very helpful. They answered all my questions. They offered me a tour. They were helpful. It was new, bright, and it looked clean. They had a wide variety of types of living spaces available. They just didn't have the kind that I needed.

We chose Sullivan Park for my mom because it is close to home. I like the staff. They are very nice and caring. The food is very good. Her room is very nice and has a homey feel. They have activities for the residents. What my mom likes the best is badminton. However, sometimes they are not as clean as they could be.
