I am/was a resident of this facility

doctors, nurses, certified nursing assistants, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and swim therapy experts helped me to regain my independence and taught me how to cath myself and begin a bowel program. I was not allowed to leave the facility which was a little sad at times when I wanted to see friends, but of course my friends and family were allowed to visit me in the facility. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful and kind. There was one CNA that was inept and was promptly fired after I spoke with the charge nurse about her mistakes. I was very motivated by the physical therapists to increase my upper body strength and also helped me with my transfers, for example, bed to chair, chair to couch, chair to shower chair and so on. there was also a therapeutic recreation therapist that i did arts and crafts with and I thought that was another very positive about living in the facility. The food was balanced and healthy.
