I visited this facility

This was a decent provided and the facility itself was kept in very good condition. The entrance to the facility was very accessible to my grandfather. Even though he normally has difficulty walking and traveling up stairs, their stairs were very well designed. In addition, they also had a very convenient ramp where the slope was gradual but not to steep. In regards to the facility itself, the caretakers and physicians were very welcoming and open. They were very knowledgeable and catered to individuals with a diverse spectrum of handicaps and disabilities. Furthermore, their rooms were well furnished and the beds were very comfortable. This truly stood out, esp. when compared to the more stiffer and over "cheaper" feel of the beds from that of other facilities. My primary complaint would be that they were perhaps too small. This seemed to be a smaller community that what I would have liked. But, then again the high caretaker to patient ratio is a major positive. Overall, this facility was good and well maintained, but it's small size turned us away from them. After all, the community is just as important as anything else.
