My father is at Peregrine Senior Living at Salisbury. Because of his dementia, he ended up being aggressive at times to a point where they just no longer were able to be able to care for him, but they did everything they could as far as working with my father's meds and other interventions and all that. He just couldn't stay there anymore. They were very good and they were working with me, and they weren't just going to send him away immediately. They were waiting for me to try to find a place. The memory care area is relatively small, especially when I compare it to the other facility I went to. The rooms are very nice, comfortable, and roomy enough. It's not like there's any kind of crowding as far as the rooms go. The staff has always been really good to us. Other than being small, it was a very good facility, in my opinion. I had two meals there and they were well done. Even a couple of times where I didn't have the meals but I had been there shortly before or after, the food seemed very well prepared. There's a good variety and the staff working within the memory care for serving the meals are very helpful to the residents and very polite to them.

Peregrine Senior Living at Salisbury looked friendly and inviting. However, the quarters were not what we were looking for at this time for my mom, so we didn't really go too far. Everyone, staff wise, that I encountered was very friendly and helpful. It was fairly quiet when I went there, but some of the residents were playing a card game or whatnot. That was all that I was able to see.

Peregrine Senior Living at Salisbury was very nice. Their memory care facility is separate from their assisted living section. Once you enter into the memory care wing, the hallway is a circle, so it's very good for memory care patients who are still physically active because they can walk around. It's basically like a great big circle, so it's like a track for them to walk around. I thought that would be very useful for my stepmom, because she is very physically active, it's just that her memory is gone. It's very clean, and the staff was very friendly. I saw a single room. They have double rooms as well, and they're all decent sized and nice. They have the same amenities as everybody else. They have a hair salon onsite, and they try to do as many activities as possible, like they were doing bingo when I was there. Their assisted living is literally right next door to the memory care, so if there was a situation where one of the people needed memory care, and the other person just needed assisted living, they could potentially be neighbors, so I thought that would be nice. Their dining room was very nice. It's sort of like buffet style or cafeteria like. If the residents don't like the food, they get other options. They get three meals, plus three small snacks.

We toured Peregrine Senior Living at Salisbury yesterday. It was a very nice community. The representative was very thorough. She explained everything that we needed to know. The room was very nice and spacious. It had a little refrigerator for my mom. It had a bed and a bathroom. The bathroom was a handicapped bathroom. You can bring your own TV if you want a TV. They supply the bed if you need it or you can also bring your own, whatever you prefer. So it was very nice. They have a hair salon, and they do your laundry for you, but there is a fee for them to do it. They also do a lot of things, like they have a lot of games, they play bingo, and they have a monthly outing for the residents. They have a lot to make sure that they feel comfortable. They do exercise every day to keep themselves fit and trim. You are also allowed to visit 24/7 and there isn't a timeframe for you to visit. You can visit whenever you want to. The facility was very well kept, very updated, and topnotch. We got to walk through the dining area, and at the time, they were playing bingo there. But it was very nice and very well kept.

I went here and the amenities were good. I didn't like it as much as I did the other place. The rooms were OK, but a little small. The staff seemed fine. The residents seemed fine. They didn't seem to be unhappy or anything. The activities were in the packet that was given to us and it's posted on the elevators, downstairs, and the public area, and then they are given a copy each day. The residents were finishing up lunch and the food smelled delicious. One of the residents commented on the elevator when we were there, and she said it was delicious. They seemed to be eating and enjoying it.

It was an excellent place. The staff was very congenial, informative, and answered all of our questions. The food was excellent, and the dining area was nice, clean, and very well prepared. They had a gym, and the rooms were very nice.

It was very nice, and the people there seemed to be OK. The dining area and the rooms were very nice. I saw a general congregating area. The people who worked there were very helpful and very nice. They showed us a list of activities and schedule.

We are going to transfer my dad here, and I am telling you, this place is so nice. They have individual rooms, 8 activities a day, and the dining room has cloth tablecloths. They have a chef and a menu for each meal. I am telling you, I want to go there. Everyone there, even in the lock down section or the dementia/Alzheimer's section and the assisted living, each has their own individual room. It is very nice, and it has its own bathroom. We actually went there today to set up his room because he will released on Tuesday. The gentleman that we spoke to discuss the price and different things like that is awesome. He has been in touch with me. He is very personable. We went there today to set it up, and the room isn't really ready, but within record time, everything was cleared out and the rooms are clean. I cannot say enoughabout that facility. Of course, you are paying a lot of money for it too, but it is just awesome. They have different exercises for the different stages. Everything is just so impressive. On each level, they have an open area where there are tables, sandwiches, snacks, coffee, juice, and water all the time for them to come and take. They have books and magazines. They have what I like of which they have 3 happy hours a week. Twice a week, they have live entertainment come in. There are 8 activities every day. I am extremely impressed with them. I like the personality of the people; they will all speak to you and look you in the eye.

It was smaller and just a little more comfortable feeling altogether. My mother has 24 hour care right there. Everybody was so nice, and if you were sitting there waiting for the director to come out, anybody who is an employee comes by, says hello, and asks if they can help you, so it just felt very comfortable.

It has a lot of older people and it has a ward for Alzheimer's patients. I like that it's right in the middle of Salisbury.
