Our facility is a state licensed RCF II assisted living and includes:
- 24hr supervision and total medication management
- a wide range of activities held in our facility.
- -3 meals a day prepared by our dietary director
- transportation to specialists as well as a facility physician, psychiatrist, and lab techs
- assistance with activities of daily living i.e. Grooming, bathing, dressing
The supported independent living home includes:
- 24hr on-call services
- medication assistance (setup)
- transportation to specialists as well as an onsite physician, psychiatrist, and lab techs
- grocery shopping and two meals day are delivered daily
- assistance household chores
- a wide range of activities held in the community center
- assistance with activity of daily living

I am a friend or relative of a resident
They save semi-independent living with separate bedrooms in the houses. I haven't eaten there, but Mom is moderately happy with the food. I liked that it gave Mom the option of living in a house and having her own private room. The houses are within about 100 yards from the main facility, so the staff is always close by to check up on them. I would recommend this community.
