Autumn Leaf specializes in services for seniors, the disabled and for individuals in need of respite care. Our caring, loving and responsive staff is committed to the highest quality of care and are trained to address health and well-being issues, including trained in first aid and CPR. We involve family members and personal physicians to individually tailor each support plan. Autumn Leaf Assisted Living is a State licensed facility with an RN on-call 24-7. We can arrange for physical, speech, and occupational therapy on the premises.

Autumn Leaf offers a relaxing, worry-free environment for an all-inclusive monthly fee. All the essentials of gracious living are offered; housekeeping services with fresh linens and towels; three nutritious meals per day, including a meal plan that can be catered to your individual needs, and a wide variety of snacks.
