I am a current client of this provider
The facility is one level, has an Alzheimer's wing, and very cheerful. The staff and administration have gone the extra mile to make the transition smooth. They uphold guidelines of the facility and law with care even though it is sometimes a puzzle to me. The rooms are bright and roomy and I have total access to visit my spouse any time of the day and night.

Anybody that is younger than the residents use yes mam and yes sir, at anytime of a conversation with the residents. The residents have exercise activities during the morning, to keep healthy and in shape. The staff at Carillon Facility prepare the residents food daily with fancy china. There are daily menus posted outside of the dining room area. In the kitchen there are snacks and beverages available for the residents all through the day. At Carillon Assisted Living Facility the staff keeps the residents satisfied and taking good care of.
I visited this facility
There are several assisted living communities in the Raleigh region of North Carolina but I want to tell you a little about our experiences with Carillon. We have several family friends that now reside at the Carillon Assisted Living facility and we are delighted with the property and the caring devotion that is displayed by the members of this staff. Whenever we visit we know that the Executive Director or another staff member will take the time to say hello and speak with us without us having to go out of our way to locate them. This is a small courtesy, but one that means a great deal to us. As we are listed as the responsible party for two of the residents we are given regular updates by phone and we are encouraged to call with questions or concerns at any time of day or night. Social events and activities keep everyone busy and there are always new events being added to the schedule, which keeps everyone from getting bored. Holidays are a time for parties and themed celebrations which are as much fun for families and guests as they are for the residents. One of the features that we think is especially considerate is the fact that the buddy system is part of the normal routine. Whenever a new community member arrives a buddy is chosen from the group of residents and this person acts as a ‘social director’ to help the new arrivals feel at home. This supportive program has generated many life-long friendships and it keeps the ‘newbies’ from feeling awkward or lonely during those first few weeks of transition.
