I liked Mercy Village. The facility was clean. It was great. The staff was good. The living atmosphere was great. It looked very relaxed. The dining area looked great as well. They had an outdoor area. It was a patio-type thing, so that was good.

My mother is at Mercy Village. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The residents seem to be very welcoming. It's clean and well-maintained. The food is average, not anything special. The maintenance has been very responsive to any needs she's had. I appreciate the care the staff gives to my mom. It gives me peace of mind to know she's among people that care for her. The food needs room for improvement, not availability, it would be the quality of what they're serving.

We chose Mercy Village for my mother because it was clean, it smelled great, and you got a warm, homey feeling when walking through the front door. The staff is very attentive and they're quick to call back also. They have multiple exercise classes, they have multiple outings, they have multiple activities such as movies and basic learning things. The facility is very easy to maneuver through and get to the places you need to get to. The facility is renovated, they're up to date, and the staff is on task when something happens and needs to be fixed.

I toured Mercy Village. It seemed very clean. I think it's good. It was small though. All they had available was a studio apartment, which is not what I wanted. It seemed very clean. The person who accommodated me was very good. She was very personable, easy to talk to, and seemed to be right on top of everything. She showed me the menu, and everything seemed clean and nice. They seemed excellent. It just wasn't what I wanted. I wanted more of an apartment than a studio.

Mercy Village looked very nice, very clean, neat, and friendly. It had all the things you would look for. The staff was more than friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and without any pressure. There's a movie theater there, they've got different activities that go on, a game room, a library, and they pick you up and do shopping expeditions out into town there and bring you back. They keep them quite active. The rooms were very neat, quite updated in the appliances and whatnot, and had kind of a vinyl-type floor, which is easy to keep clean.

We toured Mercy Village. The facility is very, very clean and large. The administrator that showed us around was very polite. I think her name was Jan. She took time with us, sat down, and answered all our questions. She told us about the facility and how great the place was. They have no shortage of workers there like most places do now. She said that speaks to the staffing and that the management is good. We walked around and looked at some of the rooms. The rooms were nice and clean. They have quite the menu for the seniors. They have a large dining hall, and then they have a smaller one if they prefer a smaller room. We talked to some of the seniors. They were playing cards. They have an outdoor area for them. They have an activities calendar. It's nice. We stayed there for almost an hour just walking and talking about it. It's a really nice place. I wasn't able to try the food, but they have quite a variety. They have three choices. Not everyone eats the same things. They have quite the menu to choose from. They can come to the dining room and eat, or they can have them bring it to their room and eat it. Most of the time, they try and get them to come out to the dining room but if they want to stay in their room, they will bring their meals to them. They have an activities room, they have a theater on the third floor, and they have elevators. They have card tables if they want to play. A lot of them like to play cards after dinner. They have a piano, so if some of them would like to play the piano, they can feel free to go play that. They have two shuttles and they will shuttle them anywhere they want to go and pick them up on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which is a nice option. They have a little snack room where they can purchase like if they want a snack, a candy bar, or a can of pop, they can do that as well. They have a barbershop and a small beauty salon if they want a haircut or hairdo. For the short time that I was there, I did not see anything that I didn't like. As we passed the staff, they say, 'have a good evening,' and 'hi, how are you?' Everybody was friendly.
