"My wife and I enjoy caring for people," says Mr. Gibb, who is licensed as a nursing home administrator. His master’s in public administration plus years of business experience contribute to the management of Manila Country Home. David’s competence coupled with Dian’s years of organizational and caregiving proficiency make them perfect owners for one of Utah’s most lovely retirement options.

Unique features of the community not only attract residents, but their families and other visitors can’t resist such appealing amenities as playgrounds, horse and stables, pond and waterfall, a tree house, and even a theater room. Festivities like picnics and reunions tend to draw family participation, as well. Activities are designed around individual interests. But the single most celebrated benefit of Manila Country Home is the home cooking, supervised by registered dietician Diane Fager, who manages to maintain nutrition, while injecting flavor.
