What a cozy and warm environment from the moment I walked into the door the staff was amazing. The facility was clean and decorated beautifully. The Holidays clearly will be celebrated here. The residents were clean, bright and alert. They were an active bunch too, there was and I am not kidding a conga line in the day room. The food was amazing and they party was in full effect. The rooms were large and warmly decorated and made to feel like home. If you’re looking to place a loved one this is a good place to start. The grounds are beautiful with lots of trees and well maintained. You will not go wrong choosing this facility I highly recommend this facility the staff is simply stellar. All needs are met and addressed in a speedy manner what else can you ask for.

This particular facility was mediocre at best. They are/were always short-staffed and some of the girls were very rude to my relative on several occasions... sometimes right in front of family! The maintainence of the facility was poor. There was always at least one burned out bulb in the hallways. The commons area always smelled of excrement and urine, so did most of the elderly residents living there. I once asked a young girl how long she'd worked that day as she'd seemed rather tired, her reply was to the effect of fifteen hours with 2 more to go! I wasn't very pleased to see the conditions to which the residents of the facility were subjected.
