Emeritus at Pinellas Park

Emeritus at Pinellas is smaller, but it's the closest to my aunt's home, her church, her neighbors and friends. As soon as you come in the door everything is welcoming. All the staff, including the cafeteria staff, as well as the nursing staff, everyone had been cooperative,friendly and welcoming. The meals they're offering are adequate, as well as the drinks. The snacks are available during the day. It's just a perfect combination. Everything is concise and planned out. So far everything has worked out very well.

For the price that my family was paying, I feel like they could have done better. The rooms were tiny, food was decent, and the staff was okay. Most of the staff was very friendly and cordial, but there were a few that were rude and reluctant to help us. They kept my grandmother to a strict schedule, which was good. Pills were administered throughout the day, and she was urged to participate in social activities. The facility managed to meet the expectations expected but my family, but by all means, the experience could have been better. The main manager of the facility was great. He was nice all the time, and always helped my family with whatever they needed. Whenever there was an issue with the staff, he was always open to my family letting him know, and he would help to work things out.

Emeritus of Bayside Terrace is a large scale ALF in Pinellas Park Florida. It is home to about 150 residents. The ALF offers double occupancy rooms and alot of space. Private baths with a walk in shower and closet. Emeritus is trying to make alot of positive changes lately and is always open to suggestions. The building itself is slightly older and the maintenence seems pretty regular. In my opninion the decore could have been a little updated. It seemed as if there was a ton of staff working which in my opinion was a great thing.
