Arizona Grand

The facility has always had pleasant, helpful staff. It always seems clean. There is a nice rose garden and fountain outside for the residents and visitors to enjoy. Mother-in-law has been there for over a year and has had only one complaint: regulating the temperature. They provide a shuttle service so that the residents can get out and about.

Good facility overall. Secure with a friendly atmosphere. There is a small rose garden out back. It is a little bit old and last time I was there they were doing renovations but they kept it pretty quite. The different levels of care available under one roof make my Grandma feel that she does not need to ever be hauled back and forth depending on her condition at the time.

I have visited this facility a few times, in between visits to other facilities. The main thing I loved about Arizona Grand Senior Living was that the employees and even those staying there were so nice to the family and very accepting. They had no problem talking to others, and were very personable. They definitely knew how to make us feel comfortable and welcome in their "home". The facilities were nice and I liked the way that they had things set up for the most part (nothing can ever be perfect, right?!). The only problem that my family and I really had trouble with was that compared to other facilities we have visited, this one did not seem as "up to date". Such as the way the rooms were organized, the "old time" kind of look. Of course I understand that it is a Senior Living home and that it is for "older" people, but in comparison to the more upscale and upgraded facilities I have seen, Arizona Grand Senior Living was somewhat lacking in that area. Overall, I liked it there, and so did my family mainly because of the level of comfortability and communication with others. We are not sure if it is the one for our family member who is anticipating to stay in an assisted living home, but it is definitely one of our top 5-10 choices. 4 stars!

Arizona Grand Senior Living provides excellent care for my father-in-law in Phoenix, Arizona. The facility offers a wide range of activities and opportunities to stay fit and active. We are especially impressed with the availibility of private living quarters, large storage areas, and individual climate controls. These are luxuries that we struggled to locate elsewhere.

My father-in-law oftens participates in yoga, gardening and also, happy hour! We know that he is recieving quality and consistent care while also mantaining his independence and preferred lifestyle.
