Philacare, Inc. provides a caring and loving supervised living arrangement in a home-like environment for adults who are unable to live alone because of age related impairments or physical, mental or visual disabilities. Our program is appropriate for those who are unable to live independently and who need assistance with activities of daily living or who wish to share living cost with affordable housing.

Residents of our program receive much more than room and board. They receive supervision with self-help activities such as bathing and grooming, meals, shopping, medication administration, Dr. visits, finance management, payee/ssi/ssd/va, housekeeping and laundry services. If the resident takes medications, the care staff supervisor oversees the dosage. But most importantly, residents become incorporated in a caring “family” and are encouraged to enjoy a sense of belonging and independence.
