Terrace of chestnut hill has gone over and above for My Mother in-law and father-in-law . We have great respect for the care team and always feel that our parents are safe and well taken care of at all times. We are always greeted with a smile at the front desk and always answer any questions that we have. Lisa is always a phone call away if needed for any issues or concerns.

My parents have moved into The Terrace at Chestnut Hill. I like the friendly environment and their helpfulness to my parents in terms of getting them in, being a resource for asking questions, and things like that. The administrative staff was very good and I liked the environment and the look of the place. They were very friendly. They spoke as I walked in the hallways and they made eye contact with me. They had musicians that came, and I like the fact that I know what's going to be going on, like having a schedule out. I like the care that they give to my parents. We went there because they were waiving their community fee, which is thousands of dollars. The other thing is they gave us the furniture for their apartment.

My father is thriving here!!! The staff are caring and attentive. The grounds are beautiful! There are so many activities to keep my dad active and engaged, and all his needs are taken care of. His room is a very nice size, and we were able to bring some of his furniture to make it feel like home. I highly recommend The Terrace at Chestnut Hill

The Terrace at Chestnut Hill had a good atmosphere. I liked the people. However, it looked like they were understaffed because there was a lot of stuff to do, but I saw them engaged with the residents. They were friendly and I liked that there's more diversity there. Most of the people sat around and watched TV, but they said they also do game nights. The memory care unit was up on one particular floor. It was upstairs and I thought the security was really good. It was locked. You have to get special access to get on the elevator and stuff. So that's good. Everyone was involved with the residents. They also had a small game room. The facility could have been lighter or brighter. Some people don't want a whole lot of brightness, but to me, it was too dark.

My sister has been in The Terrace at Chestnut Hill for a month now. They're all very nice. They're helpful. They're kind. The activities are probably minimal for my sister because she's very active. But they have nice activities. They have sing-a-longs, games, music, and cocktail hours. They have a lot of nice activities. The living atmosphere is very pleasant. The food is good, but I think the portions could be a little bigger. The staff is very nice. My sister is in a studio and it's large enough. It has a bathroom and the furniture was already there, which was very nice. She was able to use the furniture that was there. It was adequate and pleasant. What they can improve on is the food. It could be a little upgraded but it's okay and it's adequate.
