I toured Pacifica Senior Living Palm Springs. I didn't care for it. I didn't like all the artwork on the walls. There's something gloomy about the place. However, there were lots of good places for walking. The public rooms were large, and they seemed to have transportation or shuttle services. But the room that I saw was very, very confining. It wasn't attractive at all. They had a waitlist, and they only had one room available.

What I like about Pacifica Senior Living Palm Springs is that they have like a smaller setting like they have different buildings and in each building, there were only 15 patients. So it was just really quiet and calming. I wasn't overly excited about the staff there, but compared to the other places I went, it was pretty good. The person who took me around was brand new. They provide a small refrigerator in the unit.

I’m very grateful that my grandmother has such a nice place for assisted living. I like that it feels homey and not just a room off a hallway. The staff are very impressive with the amount of things they do and the quality of their care.

Pacifica Senior Living Palm Springs was a very, very nice facility. I liked how they had communal eating, they had a beautiful setting for a living room area, their rooms were very spacious, and they would be assisting with showers and assisting with meals if needed, so there was plenty of help. The grounds were very nice, the whole facility was very lovely, and the people were very nice. The staff members were very, very friendly and helpful.

While looking around for an assisted living facility for my mom, what stood out to us about Pacifica senior living was how engaging the activities calendar is. When meeting with Lidia and her assistant Aspen it was easy to see that they love their residents as if they were their own family. Lidia is energetic and bubbly and always bringing a smile to the residents faces. Aspen was the one who was actually able to get my mom out of her room and engaging in exercise and her new favorite activity happy hour. My mom has been introverted her entire life and seeing her having fun and making friends meant the world to me. Thank you Pacifica for providing the perfect place for my mom.

Pacifica Senior Living Palm Springs was very nice. I was very happy with it. Each building had a handful of residents and each had its own living room, kitchen area, and dining area as opposed to one big cafeteria that everyone had to congregate in. It seemed more intimate, more like a home rather than a facility. Each building also had a couple of porches where they had rocking chairs outside. The landscaping was very nice. It was perfect. Every bush was trimmed and there were nice grassy areas. All the courtyards were internal. They weren't facing the street. It seemed like they had a lot of activities going on there. The staff I met were great. They were the nicest they could be and they were very helpful.

Pacifica Senior Living Palm Springs is a top choice for me. It's right across from the library. I could get to the library, so it's a good location. I live about five blocks from it right now, so it's not too far of a stretch to go there and it will still be in the neighborhood. The facility itself is made up of clusters of apartments and rooms. Each one of them has a dining area. Everything that I needed is right under one roof, so I wouldn't have to go very far. It doesn't have the feeling of a building. They are a group of very large cottage clusters, and there's a lot of greenery between the buildings and stuff. It's an unusual kind of way because everything else is one structure. It doesn't seem quite that institutional. It was a bad day when we toured. It was one of the few days we had where we're having a cool rain experience. There wasn't much the staff could show me that we could see without getting wet. She showed me the main building and then we walked maybe 25 to 30 feet over to the next complex. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. She was very professional about the whole thing. I'm considering going there.
