My sister will be moving into Spring Hills Hunters Creek. We chose it because she needs memory care. Theirs was large, open, and airy, and they had a lot of staff and my sister is still pretty lively physically. It's just her mind is the problem. The room was very nice, very sunny, and bright. It is month to month, so if we don't like it in six months, it's not a problem. It's a little pricy like they all are, but the presentation was good and a lot of staff seems to be around. They have meals and they have a good active monthly calendar. They have musicians that come in and singers, and they have art on the walls that is interactive, so the residents can draw on this art. They do some outings on occasion, and they have an exercise class, which I liked. They take care of everything. They do laundry, they have doctors that come in, and physical therapists that come in. Everything is kind of one-stop shopping. The staff during the visit seems to be very caring. She went to my sister's house (who was my other sister's caregiver) and helped her fill out the paperwork and everything like that on a computer. They just seemed to be very involved and caring. I can revisit it once my sister is actually in there and see how the care goes.

I loved Spring Hills Hunters Creek. My parents went with me to tour the place, and they enjoyed it a lot. The facility was clean, nice, shady, and very tidy. The activities they mentioned for their residents and the community they tried to provide for their residents were all good. They had music time, bingo, short walks, hikes, and vegetable gardening.

Spring Hills Hunters Creek had a lot of activities and on-site facilities, such as nurses, a beauty parlor, dining areas, common areas, banking, and mail center. The staff was very friendly and eager. It just seemed a little older. Although the person who was touring with me mentioned that a lot of the areas were going to be rejuvenated.

We went to look at Spring Hills Hunters Creek. I like that it was really quiet and they have a great ambiance for the seniors. The staff member was really patient and really knowledgeable about the service, and the way that they take care of the residents. There are sections that can be more tiled and carpeted because the carpet could get worn. That was the only downside. They've got a salon for the ladies and a playroom for everyone. They also got a courtyard, and a chapel, and they have religious service on Sundays. It is really close to a shopping center and close to the hospitals.

I went to Spring Hills Hunters Creek and they were wonderful. They showed me three different apartment rooms, and they showed me the whole facility. They didn't have a swimming pool, which was one thing, but they were wonderful. That facility was very nice. The staff was very accommodating. She explained everything. She talked about the different rooms and showed them to me. They had nice outdoors for sitting outside in the courtyard and things like that. She showed us the dining room and the menus. I didn't see as many of the residents, we went by one room where they were having a class and the residents waved and I waved back. The rooms were laid out nicely and I liked the middle room that they were showing, not the bedroom, but the next one down. That was very nice. It had great facilities, it looked like a great facility also. I think I could have been happy there, but then the other place just blew me away. I would recommend Spring Hills too, it looked like it would be a great place to live.

We went to Spring Hills Hunters Creek. The staff took us around and showed us stuff, and the studio and the one-bedroom. She was very nice, and we had a long talk with her. The price was all-inclusive. It came with housekeeping, and they do your laundry. Dad said it was pretty nice, but he's not ready. I'd give it a very high rating. We liked it very much. I like the people there and I met quite a few of the staff. Everyone was very friendly. It was a very good meeting.
