I am a friend or relative of a resident
When we moved my father there, they were still figuring things out so I would have given it one star -- but that was more than a year ago and they've improved. One question to ask: If the facilitity is intended to be for all stages of Alzheimer's or if, as the resident deteriorites further, will they seek to move the resident to another facility. This was an unpleasant realization for me because I thought they would provide care through to the end.
