I am a friend or relative of a resident

I loved going to visit my Grandparents at the Manor, they had their own apartment and when we would come to visit we could go down to the dining room and have dinner with them or order in from the kitchen since it was often hard for my grandma to get down to the dining room. The apartments were pretty big, but not too big for my grandma and grandpa to take care of and keep in order. There were also safety measures in the bathroom so if one of them fell an alarm would go off and notify the office.
