It's a great home
On the same parklike property as Green Pine Acres Nursing Home in Menahga, Mn.,and connected to it by a window filled enclosed hallway,Woodside Manor consists of 37 one or two bedroom apartments,a dining room,several activity rooms,laundry rooms. and a Sauna. I moved here several years ago,after losing my husband,because I could no longer care for my yard.My doctor said I needed Bathroom grab bars,an accessible shower and "No Stairs" I got all that and so much more ! My apartment is perfect. I have a kitchenette with full size appliances.The bathroom is large and fully handicapped accessible. Just bring your favorite furniture. We enjoy a very welcoming community of both ladies and gentlemen While there several couples,most of us are singles Our ages range from possibly 60 to 104. Several of our neighbors have mates who live in the nursing home. Priority is given on our waiting list to accommodate just that situation. Three meals a day are served in the dining room.Trays can be de livered to your room if necessary. A Home Health nurse is available to assist with medications or advice. Nursing assistants or Home Care helpers can help with laundry,or housekeeping chores. Prices,of course vary depending on apartment size,whether you need a garage,what services,and how many meals you choose .
