I visited this facility
The staff was friendly, however, there should have been more people working during the day. This is because there wasn't a quick response rate when a patient/resident pushed their button for help. For example, if someone had to use the bathroom, by the time an aide got to their bedside, it could be too late. I had to stand outside the room a couple times to try to get someone's attention. The food was mediocre, however, they had ice cream parties and bingo all the time. This is fun and uplifting for the patients/residents. Overall, it is an average facility.

My biggest qualm with the facility was that the staff was not quick to respond to resident's calls. If my grandmother needed to get up to go to the bathroom and pressed a call button, the time passed between the button pressing and the responding nurse entering the room was way too long. I would have to stand out in the hallway to flag someone down. The employees were attentive during therapy sessions, and wanted to see their resident's get better. Food was very mediocre, and showers were sometimes not until late at night, which was upsetting to some of the resident's I talked to, especially after they were tired from their therapy during the day. Overall, the facility is okay. I never had a problem going to visit my grandmother, the front desk people were friendly. There was also bingo nights, ice cream nights, movie nights, and church days for the residents.

I have visited the CareOne at Evesham facilities quite a few times. Most of my visits would last between 5-10 minutes, but over the course of a year a did develop a friendly relationship with the staff and got to know a few of the residents. From my experience in interacting with both of them, the facility seemed to be managed well, was always clean, and the staff would be very attentive to the needs of the residents there. Sometimes the deliveries I made there could take a little while, as the staff would be attending to residents. My parents are getting older in age, and while I hope I can care for them, if a situation ever arises where they need assisted living, CareOne at Evesham will be one of the the first places we take a tour of.

This facility was a great place for my Grandmother to be at when she was in need of some help. It was after she had fallen and broken her feet, so she needed a lot of care for day to day tasks. Care One staff was always attentive and on top of patient needs. The workers spread a positive atmosphere and seemed happy at their jobs. The actual facility was in fairly good condition. There is a nice courtyard in the middle of the property that residents can go out into. It provided a nice area to sit and talk and I often saw staff members taking patients out into the courtyard. The other patients staying at this facility ranged from very friendly to slightly frightening, but that is as expected and of no fault to Care One. Overall I feel like this is a great place for someone in need of assisted living. The building and rooms are nice and the staff is professional and very helpful.

My father was in Care One in Marlton, NJ. Because of a debilitating brain cancer he needed round the clock care and rehabilitation therapy. Care One was able to provide the level care he needed. From supervised activates to physical therapy sessions with trained and licensed professional to social events they went above and beyond with their residents. The facility was always kept clean and the food service was wonderful. The staff was friendly and caring and they didn't just take care of my dad. The food servers many times would provide extra trays to visiting family members and would let us observe and take part in their family member's care. The only complaint I have is that I found that sometimes the residents that were immobile were ofter parked in a quiet corner and left on their own for long periods of time. Other than that, we were very happy with the level of care my dad was provided with and I would recommend the facility to anyone considering assisted living options for a loved one.
